AT&T and Nokia come together for Nokia Surge

There were rumours of a phone called the Nokia Mako but that name was not accurate. Nokia has now shown us the rumoured phone and it is called the Nokia Surge. The Surge will be offered through AT&T starting on July 19th. The phone has a bright screen on the front and a full QWERTY slide out keyboard for easy texting. The phone runs the Symbian S60 operating system and was designed as a social networking phone. It easily lets users post messages, images, videos, and comments to web sites like Facebook on-the-go with the pre-installed JuiceCaster application. Check it out later this month.
